Please note this recipe is NOT authentic, it is just meant to be for if you are craving fried rice and want to make it at home.

Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 more tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 of an onion
- Green Onions
- 2 carrots
- 1 cup of peas
Steps
- Put 4 cups of water into a pot.
- Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce into the water.
- Heat the water until it is boiling.
- Put the rice in and let cook for 15 minutes.
- Drain the water completely then set rice aside.
- Cut green onion into small pieces
- Dice the onion
- Cut the carrots
- Put olive oil into a separate pan and heat it up.
- Saute the green onion, onion, carrots, and peas in the pan
- Wait for the onions to become soft
- Scramble the eggs in a separate bowl then add it slowly into the pan while constantly stirring.
- Add the rice and the other three tablespoons of soy sauce.
- Mix until combined and serve.
