
Ingredients:
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons / quarter cup oil (olive oil works best)
- 2 scallions / green onion
- 3 slices of bread
- Salt and Pepper
Steps:
- Remove the skin of the garlic and mince it.
- Add the olive oil, butter, salt and pepper to a pot and cook on medium heat until it starts smoking, while it’s heating, continue to the next step.
- Cut up the scallions or green onion very small.
- After step 2 is done, add the cut up scallions or green onion and the cut up garlic to the pot.
- Cook for 1 minute and transfer to a heat safe bowl.
- Let the spread cool for 3 minutes and drizzle on top of the bread
